You bring the maps — hand-drawn or from the module — the handouts, the real dice, the sheets, and the books. Far Table carries them to the friends who moved away.
Also for the shelf: Far Table SRD, the complete illustrated 5e rules as its own fast offline app. Meet it →

Far Table is in its closed testing cycle: the group that shapes it before the store listings go live. On iPhone, iPad, or Mac, join the flight test below and TestFlight puts Far Table on your device in about a minute.

On Android, request access below and the build comes straight to your phone or tablet:
On Windows, download and run the installer. If SmartScreen shows “Windows protected your PC” (expected for a test build), click More info → Run anyway:
On the opening screen, choose Start as DM, the amber button. Your players will use the same app and choose Join as Player when the time comes.
On your empty campaign list, tap Try the demo campaign. A finished adventure, The Eye of Moradin, lands on your device: a hand-drawn dungeon, two ready encounters, monster art, photos, and clues.
You arrive in the Atlas, the campaign's traveller's book. Maps on its pages; encounters, photos, and clues pinned between them. Poke around. Nothing here can break.
On the Session tab, tap Start Hosting. You get a short join code. Read it out over the call, text it, shout it down the hall. Each player opens Far Table, taps Join as Player, and types it in.
No accounts. No server holding your campaign. Their devices connect straight to yours, and you decide what they see.
On the Play tab, present the dungeon map. Your players see it appear on their screens. Now drop a pin anywhere on the map: a note, a photo, a clue.
The moment a pin lands, every player sees it. That's the rhythm of the whole app: reveal one thing at a time, and let the table chew on it.
Open one of the demo's encounters and tap Start Combat. Tick who's fighting. For initiative, type each roll, or have a player photograph their die. The photo lands beside their name for you to confirm.
Tokens move on your hand-drawn map. Monster health stays where it belongs: on your paper, behind your screen. The app shows players Wounded, not numbers. You stay the referee; Far Table is just the table.
Photograph your own hand-drawn map, set its scale, and you're running your own world, same five steps. The demo campaign is yours to keep, rename, or delete.
Far Table SRD — the complete 5e rules, 2014 and 2024 editions, illustrated, as its own fast offline app. No accounts, nothing to set up; it installs beside Far Table and stays open behind your screen for the rule you need mid-encounter. Same testing crew, same welcome.
